Update UMPIP: Are you contributing to to your UMPIP account? The new appointment year is always an ideal time to start, or adjust, your UMPIP contributions.  To do so, you will need to complete a Contribution Election form if you choose to contribute to UMPIP.  If you have previously contributed, you must fill out a new form in order for it to continue at your new appointment.  This form needs to be signed by both you and your church and returned to Wespath at the address or email on the form. A reminder that the CRSP Defined Contribution Plan requires a minimum of 1% of compensation contribution into your UMPIP in order to receive an additional 1% match from your church. Also,

Payroll Withholding Worksheet: If you're at a new appointment with new payroll withholdings and/or benefit elections, feel free to use this form to communicate to your new treasurer your enrollment elections for pension and medical: Payroll Withholding Worksheet

IngenioRx Pharmacy: As of July 1, 2019, your Anthem pharmacy benefits will be powered by IngenioRx, Anthem's new pharmacy benefit manager. Participants should have received this following letter in the mail: IngenioRx Letter. One of the most important steps you can take to make sure you are ready for the transition is to make sure any pharmacy you use has your most recent Anthem ID card information on file. This will help to ensure that they have the information they need to quickly and accurately process your prescriptions.
